Description Technical Specs   In 1934 the front on the shirts was opened all the way down instead of the pull-over type opening of WWI.    This is the correct shirt for Army enlisted personnel throughout WWII.  Ours is made of 80% Australian wool and 20% acrylic (hence the great price).  It features correct patch pockets with proper clipped corners on the flaps, gussets on the sides and cuffs, proper brown buttons and excellent flat felled seams on the sleeves and body. The manufacturer made one batch using chest measurements rather than neck and sleeve measurements like you'd normally order a shirt.  Please order using your chest size for a good fit.  The batch we just got in was made using small, medium, large, etc.  Dry Clean only. Great repro & great price! March 7, 2011 Reviewer: Chris Beal from New York   This M1934 wool "mustard" flannel shirt is indistinguishable from originals (look, feel, color, design).  This version is patterned from the first shirts it seems, since it doesn't come with the "Gas flap" that was on the "Special" flannels given out before D-Day (but those things are annoying anyway). Other repro companies are doing 100% wool and selling these for over $100.  The best buy is right here. Was this review helpful to you?

m1934 od wool shirt February 9, 2011 Reviewer: Kevin   very nice although somewhat small in the sizes i would suggest that if you are a 42 like me you order a size larger because they tend to shrink a little when you get it wet but besides that very nice and its to the standard for the percise ww2 affect. very pleased Was this review helpful to you?
