Description   This is the best available reproduction M43 field jacket on the market and for the best price too.  We follow original contractor specifications and authentic period styling for fit and drape. This is the field jacket that replaced the M41 Field Jacket later in WWII. It is made from 100% Cotton Sateen with a cotton poplin lining.  We also use authentic buttons of the proper shape and color, not modern or Norwegian buttons.  They were usually worn loose since it was meant to be worn over the Pile Liner in extreme cold weather.  They also include authentic inspection and sizing labels.  You'll be the best dressed, warm reenactor on the field.
