Description Extended Information   Also known as the Strap, Carrying, OD, Bag, Canvas Field.  This was designed for use with the M-1936 field bag (Musette Bag). This adjustable webbing strap has metal rings at each end which attach to the spring clips on the rear of the Musette Bag.  Ours is an excellent reproduction imported from Europe.  No, it's not Sturm.  It's fully adjustable from 19 1/2" to 31" so you can use that Musette Bag as a shoulder bag, map case, etc.  The color in the picture is green.  Ours are actually khaki.
